Return Policy
We offer a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
Store Credit:
- All approved returns will be issued as a website credit note valid for 1 month from the date of acceptance.
- The credit note is one-time redeemable and cannot be split across multiple transactions.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return – Contact us at arthmen.info@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item.
- Return Approval – Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Issuance of Credit Note – If approved, we will generate a unique store credit note and notify you accordingly.
Return Shipping Fee:
A flat fee of ₹250/- will be deducted from your credit note as a return delivery charge.
